Simulator rooms are short and the player stands between the projector and the screen, so standard projectors cast shadows, need long throw distances and struggle with bright, detailed graphics.

The BenQ LH820ST uses a 0.50:1 throw ratio to fill the screen from a short distance, ceiling-mounted above or behind the player, while 3,600 ANSI lumens and a laser light source keep the picture bright and consistent for long sessions.
