How to Install the KIOXIA BG4 512GB (M.2 2230)

1. Back up data and create recovery media, then power the device fully off.
2. Open the device per its service guide and disconnect the battery if recommended.
3. Remove the old 2230 SSD, transfer any thermal pad or shield, and install the BG4.
4. Reassemble the device and install the OS from your recovery media.
