WD_BLACK C50 1TB Storage Expansion Card for Xbox Series X|S (WDBMPH0010BNC-WCSN) – Officially Licensed

Plug in and play Series X|S games from extra storage at full internal-SSD speed.

The WD_BLACK C50 1TB is an officially licensed Storage Expansion Card for Xbox Series X and Series S. It plugs into the console’s rear expansion port and mirrors the internal NVMe SSD, supporting Xbox Velocity Architecture and Quick Resume, so optimized games install, load and run exactly as they do on internal storage.

Why USB Storage Is Not Enough for Xbox Series X|S Games

Series X|S optimized games rely on the console’s custom NVMe storage. USB drives can hold those games, but they cannot run them, so players with full internal drives end up moving or deleting titles constantly.

The WD_BLACK C50 connects directly to the console’s PCIe-based expansion port and behaves like internal storage. Optimized games run from the card with the same load times, texture streaming and Quick Resume behavior as the built-in SSD.

Full-Speed Next-Gen Gaming

Because the C50 uses the same architecture as the internal drive, there is no performance penalty for playing from the card. Xbox One and backward-compatible titles run from it as well.

Swap and Take Your Games Anywhere

The card is hot-swappable and portable. Remove it, plug it into another Xbox Series X|S and your installed library is ready to play.
