Large-Format and High-Volume Jobs Exceed A4 Desktop Scanners

Engineering drawings, ledgers, newspapers, and double-letter forms do not fit an A4 feeder. Central scanning teams also need a device that runs all day without constant reloading.

The fi-6670 feeds documents from A8 up to A3 and takes 200 sheets per load. At 90 ppm in landscape, it suits centralized batch scanning with an expected volume of about 15,000 sheets a day.

Intelligent multi-feed functions let operators pass known exceptions, such as envelopes or pages with attached notes, without stopping the batch.

Image Processing

1. Place the scanner on a sturdy surface and remove transport packing.
