Seagate Game Drive for PS4 2TB External Hard Drive (STGD2000100) — Officially Licensed, USB 3.0 Console Storage

The Seagate Game Drive for PS4 2TB (STGD2000100) is an officially licensed external hard drive for PlayStation 4. It connects over USB 3.0, draws power from the console and adds 2TB for games, apps and downloadable content.

Deep-Dive Story & Problem/Solution

Console Storage Fills Up Fast

Modern games regularly exceed 50–100GB each, and console internal storage fills after a handful of titles. Deleting and re-downloading games wastes hours and bandwidth.

The STGD2000100 expands your library by 2TB in minutes. Plug it into a console USB port, format it through the on-screen prompt, and move or install games directly to the drive.

Officially Licensed for PlayStation

Compatibility: PS4, PS4 Pro and PS4 Slim; PS5 (play PS4 titles, store PS5 titles). Because it is officially licensed, the console recognises and manages it like native storage.

Portable, Bus-Powered Design

No power adapter is needed — the drive runs from the console’s USB port, and its compact size makes it easy to take your game library to a friend’s house.
