The 350W hot-swap module that keeps Intel redundant power cages fully populated.
The Intel A45295-007 is a 350W hot-swap redundant power supply module, built by Delta as the DPS-350MB A. It fits Intel SC5100, SC5200 and SR1350 server chassis and accepts 100–240V AC input. It suits IT teams replacing failed modules in Intel redundant power cages.
Replacing a Failed Module Before It Becomes an Outage
In a redundant power cage, a single failed module does not stop the server, but it removes the safety margin. A second failure would take the system down.
The A45295-007 slides into the cage bay while the server is running and immediately starts sharing the load. Redundancy is restored without a reboot or downtime.
Delta-Built Module
Delta Electronics builds this module for Intel as the DPS-350MB A. It includes its own cooling fan and protection circuits, designed for continuous server operation.
Fits Multiple Intel Chassis
The module is used in Intel SC5100 and SC5200 pedestal chassis and SR1350 rack systems with compatible cages, which makes it a practical spare for Intel server fleets.
Setup Instructions
How to Replace the Intel A45295-007
- Confirm the part number is listed as supported for your Intel server power cage, and confirm the remaining modules can carry the load during the swap.
- If the device has a second working power supply, leave it running; otherwise schedule a maintenance window and power the device down.
- Disconnect the AC or DC cord from the failed unit, release the latch and slide it out, then slide the new module into the empty bay until it locks.
- Connect the power cord, check that the PSU status LED turns green, and confirm in the device CLI or management interface that the supply reports OK.
