Balanced performance for gaming, creating and everyday work.
Why Core Count and Clock Speed Both Matter
Modern PCs juggle games, browsers, voice chat, streaming software and background updates at once. A processor needs both fast single-core speed and enough cores to keep that mix smooth.
The AMD Ryzen 9 7900X delivers 12 cores and 24 threads on Zen 4, with boost clocks up to 5.6GHz and 64MB L3. It keeps games responsive while handling streaming, editing and background work.
The AM5 platform supports DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 and is planned by AMD for multiple CPU generations, leaving room to upgrade later.
