How to Install the WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB SSD

1. Back up your data, shut down and unplug the computer; remove the laptop battery if possible.
2. Place the SSD in a free 2.5-inch bay, adapter bracket or the old laptop drive caddy.
3. Connect SATA data and power cables, or slide it onto the laptop’s SATA connector.
4. Clone your old drive or install Windows, then initialize the disk in Disk Management if it is a second drive.
