The Acer MA200 512GB is an M.2 2230 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe SSD for handheld gaming PCs, ultrabooks and compact devices. Using Micron 176-layer TLC NAND and a Silicon Motion controller, it reads at up to 5,000MB/s and writes at up to 4,000MB/s, with a 300 TBW endurance rating.
Why Handheld Gamers Upgrade Their Storage
Entry-level handheld PCs often ship with small or slow drives that fill up after a few modern games. Swapping games in and out takes time and bandwidth.
The MA200 fits the compact M.2 2230 slot used by most handhelds and adds Gen4 speed with TLC NAND, so more games stay installed and load quickly.
Fast Gen4 Performance in a Tiny Package
Up to 5,000MB/s reads and up to 800K random write IOPS help games load faster and keep the system responsive.
Efficient for Battery-Powered Devices
The DRAM-less Silicon Motion controller uses Host Memory Buffer, reducing power draw and heat in handhelds and thin laptops.
