HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One Ink Tank Printer – Print, Scan, Copy, Fax with Auto Document Feeder

The HP Smart Tank Plus 651 is a wireless all-in-one ink tank printer for home offices that need fax and a document feeder with low ink costs. It prints, scans, copies, and faxes, and uses refillable HP 31 and 32XL ink bottles.

Deep-Dive Story & Problem/Solution

Home Offices That Still Fax Rarely Find It on a Low-Cost-Per-Page Printer

Some professions still depend on fax: healthcare, legal, property, and government paperwork. Most ink tank printers leave it out, forcing users back to cartridge models with high running costs.

The Smart Tank Plus 651 combines a refillable ink system with fax and an automatic document feeder. Bottled ink in four colors fills integrated tanks, and each refill lasts for thousands of pages.

Print speeds are up to 11 ppm in black and 5 ppm in color, appropriate for recommended volumes of around 500 pages a month. Resolution is up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi in color.

Tank Economics With Fax and ADF

Send multi-page faxes and make copies through the document feeder, then scan at up to 1200 dpi optical from the flatbed for detailed originals.

Easy Refills and Wireless Printing

Resealable, spill-free bottles and visible tank levels make ink management simple. Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, AirPrint, and Mopria support phones and laptops.
