Deep-Dive Story & Problem/Solution
Installed Projectors Fail the Budget When Lamps and Filters Need Service
An installed projector’s purchase price is only part of its cost. Lamp-based units in schools and offices need periodic lamp and filter changes, each requiring access equipment and room downtime. Across a building, that adds up quickly.
The ZH406STx uses a DuraCore laser light source rated for 30,000 hours and a sealed optical engine without filters. It is designed for extended daily operation, so rooms that run back-to-back sessions do not wear it out early.
The 0.50:1 lens lets the unit mount close to the screen. Presenters stay out of the light, and a 120-inch Full HD image is achievable in rooms only a few metres deep.
Bright Full HD in Shallow Rooms
With 4,200 lumens and 300,000:1 dynamic contrast, text and charts stay sharp under office lighting. Image sizes range from about 37 to 300 inches.
Built for Continuous Operation
Network and serial control, two HDMI inputs, a 12V trigger, and dual 10W speakers simplify integration. Noise is 32dB in normal mode and 30dB in Eco, and power draw is about 269W.
