Deep-Dive Story & Problem/Solution
Slow Plotting Holds Up Reviews and Site Meetings
When a set of drawings takes a long time to print, teams delay reviews or go to meetings with outdated sheets. Larger plotters solve the speed problem but take up floor space small offices do not have.
The DesignJet T230 delivers an A1 plot in about 35 seconds from a compact body. HP 712 inks combine pigment black for crisp lines with dye-based color for fills and renderings.
HP Click software queues mixed-size files in one step, and automatic roll and sheet handling reduces manual work at the printer.
Accurate Line Quality
A minimum line width of 0.02 mm and line accuracy of about 0.1% keep dimensions and fine detail readable.
Mobile and Remote Printing
The HP Smart app sends jobs from phones and tablets, which is useful for printing from site or between meetings.
