Deep-Dive Story & Problem/Solution
Bright Large-Format Projection in Rooms Without Throw Distance
Simulation bays, exhibition spaces, and rear-of-stage positions rarely offer the 15 to 20 feet a standard installation projector needs. Short throw models solve the distance problem but have typically been limited to around 4,000 lumens and fixed lenses.
The LS921WU brings 6,000 ANSI lumens to a 0.81–0.89:1 short throw lens with 1.1x zoom. A 100-inch 16:10 image needs only about 5.8 to 6.3 feet, and horizontal and vertical lens shift let installers offset the projector from screen center.
A laser phosphor source rated for 20,000 hours, HDR10 and HLG compatibility, and dual HDMI 2.0 inputs make it suitable for video-rich applications that run all day.
6,000 Lumens From a Short Distance
Images from 60 to 200 inches stay bright and sharp at WUXGA resolution. Keystone correction of up to ±40 degrees in both axes handles difficult angles.
Integration-Ready Connectivity
HDBaseT, VGA in/out, composite, S-Video, USB, and RS-232 are on board. Noise falls to 29dB in low-brightness mode and built-in dual speakers supply local sound.
